Ohio Valley Home Health Services is a non-profit, local agency that has been an active part of the East Liverpool and surrounding communities for over 43 years.

We are dedicated to serving families in Columbiana and Jefferson Counties in Ohio, Hancock and Upper Brooke Counties in West Virginia and Beaver County in Pennsylvania.

Our office is located at 15679 State Route 170 in East Liverpool, Ohio.  Although office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, there is always someone available to assist you or answer any questions you may have. Simply call 330-385-2333 or 800-428-3434 at anytime. A Registered Nurse and a key member of our leadership team are on call 24 hours a day.

Our team members are compassionate and highly trained to be the experts you would expect to care for your loved one.  We understand, however, the hesitancy that comes along with inviting people you are not familiar with into your or your loved one's home.  Each team member, regardless of their position or area of expertise undergoes not only a thorough physical health screen but also a complete background check and verification that all licenses are in good standing with the appropriate licensing agency.

Ohio Valley Home Health Services, Inc. is Medicare and Medicaid Certified as well as accredited by JCAHO. 

The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) sets standards for healthcare organizations and issues accreditation to organizations that meet those standards.  JCAHO conducts periodic on-site surveys to verify that "an accredited organization substantially complies with Joint Commission standards and continuously makes efforts to improve the care and services it provides."

We'll also contact your insurance company on your behalf to help determine your coverage for home health services and will work with you to arrange affordable private duty services that are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or your insurance.  It's because of our compassion, caring hearts and love for those we serve that we believe no one but you should determine how much assistance you and your loved one receives.
